The stay was very nice. The hotel was gorgeous and incredibly friendly and I loved the streets of Dong Khe Sau. The staff were amiable, and the room was huge with a strong pressure shower with hot walter and balcony and nice view.

There was something as elevator missing.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout my entire stay. The room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to the waterfront, Cat Ba town, and also to Ha Long Bay. The food was delicious, including pancakes and omelets. I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience overall.

The bed linen and towels are soft and comfortable, making for a peaceful night's sleep.

If I had to pick one thing, I would say that the private entrance to the quadruple room was a little inconvenient for me personally. However, I understand that some guests might appreciate the extra privacy it provides.
